Inspired by Emily St. John Mandel’s novel with the same title, Station Eleven is an American post-apocalyptic, dystopian miniseries created in the hands of Patrick Somerville. The miniseries of 10 episodes made its HBO Max debut on December 16, 2021 and ran until January 13 2022. The group of survivors that earn their living from travelling entertainment is entangled in a group of cults headed by a man whose history is inexplicably linked to one of the groups twenty years after a viral epidemic caused the collapse of society.
