The doctor then diagnosed him with disassociative identity disorder. He was later referred to other facilities where he discovered fourteen more personalities. They were called ‘The Undesirables. These 14 personalities were: Ragen Vadascovinich, a Yugoslavian communist; Billy Milligan claimed that he was responsible for the robberies. Arthur was an Englishman who was an expert in science and medicine.

Tommy was a technophile and escape artist. Allen was a manipulator. Adalina was a 19-year-old girl. She was lesbian, shy, introverted and lonely and was responsible for the rape of the girls. Early Life and Death of Billy Milligan

Billy Milligan was the son of Dorothy Pauline Sands and Johnny Morrison. He was born in Miami Beach on February 14, 1955. Two siblings were his, an older brother Jim and a younger sibling Kathy Jo. Johnny Morrison was unable to pay the bills after his children were born. He began to gamble and drink and was eventually hospitalized for alcoholism. In 1958, he tried to commit suicide with sleeping pills and excessive drinking, but Dorothy saved him. He committed suicide in 1959 from carbon monoxide poisoning. Dorothy, Billy Milligan’s mother, moved to Lancaster, Ohio.

She lived there with her first husband but later moved to Miami. She remarried her first husband when she returned to Lancaster, Ohio. After a two-year marriage, she was divorced by Chalmer Milligan in 1962. Chalmer Milligan was accused of molesting Billy Milligan. In 1975, he was first arrested for robbery. However, he was released from parole in 1977 after he was convicted of rape and indecent assault on three women at Ohio State University.

After being diagnosed with schizophrenia and disassociative identification disorder, he spent more than ten years in psychiatric institutions. He was discharged from the psychiatric facility in 1988 and was finally free of all court proceedings in 1991. He was 59 years old when he died from cancer.

Daniel Keyes wrote The Minds Of Billy Milligan. Many have attempted to make that book into movies and television shows. The movie A Crowded Room was supposed to be released, but James Cameron sued the writer, and the movie was never made. It was announced that Warner Bros. would make The Crowded Room in 2015 with Leonardo DiCaprio. The Crowded Room was announced later to be a T.V. show with Tom Holland. There are no other details.
