Harley Quinn Season 3 Episode 9 Recap
The episode starts with Harley, Ivy, Doctor Psycho, and Clayface in Wayne Manor, bound and in a state of utter helplessness. In the meantime, Bruce has already brought back his parents, who died over 30 years ago. Nightwing and Batgirl aren’t convinced that Bruce will do something that could put other people in danger, even though they acknowledge that he’s been depressed recently. They’re proven right when Bruce arrives along with Zombie Thomas and Zombie Martha. They don’t look like the classic zombies of popular culture. Instead, their limbs have been transformed into tree branches due to the use of Frank, who was supposed to revive dead plants.

After Bruce can take the zombies to the mansion and the mansion, the Bat-family and Harley’s group are aware that Bruce accidentally started an apocalypse of zombies. A group of zombies storm into the mansion and attack the residents inside. One of them vomits over Doctor Psycho. This is how non-zombies learn that zombies can turn ordinary humans into trees by vomiting over them.
Ivy can get Frank back and delve into the Green to determine if she can control the zombies that are residing there. Convinced that all the dead from Gotham is returning, Clayface leaves, likely to check whether Billy Bob Thornton has been revived too. Harley Lets Nightwing Batgirl and Batgirl know Bruce is Batman. Bruce Batman is Batman. She convinces them to allow her to assist them. Batgirl later takes the bike, Harley the jet, and Nightwing the penny farthing when they go to Gotham to prevent an apocalypse.
Harley Quinn Season 3 Episode 9 Ending: Why Does Harley Choose to Sacrifice Herself?
When she’s in The Green, Ivy speaks to the Swamp Thing. She enjoins her utilizing the Green to benefit the world. However, Ivy is not a fan of wise advice. She plans to transform Gotham into a place that is completely free of humans. In an engulfing light, she takes over the control over the zombies in the world outside and then heads towards the concert, where the zombies are headed to. She turns and changes the zombies while she moves.
While they’re at it, Harley, Nightwing, and Batgirl continue in this direction in the exact same way, removing the most zombies they can as they go. They soon discover Ivy’s plot, and nobody is more concerned than Harley. While Batgirl and Nightwing are preparing to remove Ivy for good, Harley convinces them to give her 10 minutes so that she can stop her friend from executing her shady plan.
Harley’s initial efforts to convince Ivy do not succeed. However, when she exposes herself to the blood that one of them has thrown at her, Ivy must decide to give up her plan and help her friend. Each Harley and Ivy are actively deciding their fate during this show. Ivy decides to remain a villain, and Harley decides to be a hero. Although this doesn’t mean they’ll be breaking together, it does put both characters on the opposing side of the law.

In her departure to fight the zombies, Harley makes a call to King Shark and asks him to visit Wayne Manor and protect Ivy. When the King Shark arrives, Ivy has already left. At first, Bruce is combative, seeing his presence. However, he is deeply regretful when he realizes the harm his actions caused the damage. The loss of his parents is the most defining moment in the life of Bruce Wayne. After this unsuccessful attempt to bring them back, Bruce can now let go. Bruce realizes that he has to take down this zombie-like version of them; however, the Shark King spares him 30 years of pain by taking on the task.
