The Federal government’s trial of Tony Suffering, an ex-police officer for the murder of Anton Campbell, is entering its final stage. Anton is the man Siobhan lost her baby to him. She and Ward try to make sure Grace gets justice. It’s not about Anton but many boys and girls from minorities who are often victims of police brutality. After Chris and Jackie testify, suffering is found guilty, in which they each omit parts of the interaction.

Jackie is still having an affair with Letitia with Sinclair’s blessing. He continues investigating Dominique’s death and discovers that she has taken Quaalude, a type of sedative. Jackie visits Dominique’s parents, demanding to know the details of their actions. He explodes on them when he doesn’t get a satisfactory answer. Season 3 Episode 4 of City on a Hill: Will the FBI reinstate Jackie?

The fourth episode of season three of ‘City on a Hill’ suggests that Jackie will be reinstated into the FBI. Jackie has no sense of ethics or morality, but he does have a line. After testifying at Suferin’s trial, Jackie appears to receive positive feedback. Jenny is not necessarily wrong when Jenny says Jackie has missed his FBI days. Sinclair’s work is a poor replacement for Jackie’s control and Power once in a while.

It feels a disservice that the series creators plan to send Jackie back to the FBI. Jackie is an agent of chaos even though he doesn’t have a badge. This is part of his character’s natural progression. Jackie will become an FBI agent once again. This is not a good thing.
